Where are you located?
16-2, Jalan 25/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. Meet us at the office or online.
How much does a website or project cost?

How do I get started?

Do you use website templates?
No. Every website and online store is fully custom designed for your brand.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site is fully responsive on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile.
How long does it take to build a website?
Landing page: within 1 week. Starter: about 2 weeks. Premium: 2–3 weeks. Pro: 3–4 weeks. E-commerce: 1 to 3 months.
Can I manage my online store myself?
Yes. Every online store includes an admin dashboard for products, stock, orders, sales reports and customers.
Which payment options can my online store accept?
An online payment gateway, or simpler payment options for small businesses.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We rebuild it with a modern design, faster loading and clearer structure, keeping your content.
Domain, hosting & maintenance
Are domain and hosting included?
Yes. Every website and e-commerce plan includes domain, hosting and SSL for the first year. They renew yearly after that.
Can you transfer my existing domain or hosting?
Yes, and your domain name stays the same. Transfers usually take up to 1 month, depending on your current provider.
What does website maintenance include?
Bug fixes and minor amendments to keep your site running smoothly, billed yearly.
Do you set up business email?
Yes. Business email set-up is included from the Premium website plan upwards.
SEO, GEO & marketing
Is SEO included with my website?
Yes. Basic SEO is included in every website. Advanced SEO and GEO are add-ons, included in the All-in-One package.
What is GEO?
Generative engine optimisation. It helps your business get recommended in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
Do you manage social media?
Yes. Monthly packages cover 1 to 3 platforms with post design, copywriting, scheduling and reports.
Training (LWA Digital Academy)
Are your training programmes HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. LWA Digital is an HRD Corp registered training provider. Courses are also available as paid courses.
What training topics do you offer?
AI & automation, digital marketing, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, data & BI and digital transformation, tailored to your team.
